More importantly, when you allow your staff to go to the pub on Melbourne Cup day, get pissed and they not only berate the other punters but then physically threaten and assault them, you should probably have a chat with them about when it is and is not appropriate to wear your branding.
One star. Because it speaks to incompetence.
P.S. Also when you berate one of your own customers online by using your one and only Google review, and give yourself five stars in the process, that's against the rules. And pretty much lines up with my thoughts on your fine establishment.
